I just watched. . .

Last night I finished watching a mini-series made in 2001 I rented from the library. It's based on a satirical novel I've never read, set in England in the 1870s. Made some interesting points - especially in light of the current economic situation. That evil looking guy gets people to "invest" in big projects, but it turns out that all his promises are empty. I liked it because it had:
